BERTRAND QUARTAL House at 123 A. Čaka Street is a fully renovated residential building designed in 1930 by architect E. Jakabsons, giving the luxurious stone building a special cultural, historical and architectonic-artistic value and charm. Located in the historic centre of Riga, the house is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The renovation of the house has been carried out with great care, using only high-end finishing materials and modern technical and engineering solutions. During the renovation process, special attention was paid to sound and heat insulation. The house is connected to the most efficient heating system in Riga. There are 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments available for purchase, ranging from 51.5 sq.m. to 64.8 sq.m.
