Bonava Latvija has started construction of its third house in Valterciems
Housing developer Bonava Latvija has begun construction of the third residential building in the Valterciems project in Dreiliņi, investing 4.2 million euros, the company informs.
The third phase of the “Valterciems” project will see the construction of a six-story building with energy efficiency class A and 48 two- and three-room apartments ranging in size from 43 to 67 square meters on Ēvalda Valtera Street. The building is scheduled to be put into operation in the spring of 2027.

All apartments in the building will be equipped with a recuperation system. The building will have an elevator, and solar panels will be installed on the roof. Some of the parking lots in the yard will also be equipped with the necessary infrastructure for electric charging.
The “Valterciems” project between Kaivas and Ēvalda Valtera streets is planned to be implemented in five phases, constructing 15 buildings, and is expected to be completed by 2033, adding approximately 800 apartments to Riga’s housing stock.
A total of 70 million euros are planned to be invested in the development of the village.
In 2024, Bonava Latvija had a turnover of 30.32 million euros, which is 8.3% less than in 2023, but the company’s profit decreased 2.1 times – to 1.028 million euros.
