Kaamos to invest 32 million euros in a new quarter in Jugla

Real estate developer Kaamos has begun construction of a large-scale residential complex Riiti on Juglas Street in Riga. The project will include five apartment buildings ranging from four to nine stories high, located near Lake Juglas.

32 million euros will be invested in the implementation of the project, and its construction will be carried out by Kaamos Construction, a construction company of the Kaamos Group. The residential quarter is planned to be completed by the end of 2029.

“This will be the largest Kaamos residential complex in Latvia to date,” says Guntars Cauna, Chairman of the Board of Kaamos Real Estate.

A total of 233 two- to four-room apartments ranging in size from 42 to 153 square meters will be built in the Riiti residential quarter. Solar panels on the roofs of the buildings will also allow the use of renewable energy in the operation of the building.
