Noble in Jurmala receives the European Best Project Award

Latvian developer River Properties’ luxury project “Noble” in Jurmala has received the European Best Project award at the prestigious International Property Award competition in the category “Best Residential Project, 10-19 Apartments”.

The project, created by River Properties together with the architectural firm OAD under the leadership of Zane Tetere-Šulce, was evaluated as the best among 200 European and global projects.

The International Property Awards is one of the world’s leading real estate events, celebrating excellence in architecture, design and development. Projects are judged by an independent international jury of 100 professionals in the fields of real estate, design and marketing. The awards are given based on the quality of the projects’ design, construction and presentation.
