The Dreilinga Houses project is nearing completion.

In March, the 15th residential building of the “Dreilinga mājas” project of the real estate developer “Bonava Latvija” was put into operation – on Mazā Robežu Street, Riga.

It adds another 58 apartments to the village’s housing stock. In parallel, work continues on the construction of the final, 16th building of the project, which is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.

The total investment volume of the “Dreilinga Houses” project exceeds 59 million euros.

Now, seven years later, it has become one of the most sought-after, greenest and family-friendly neighborhoods in Riga and the Riga Region. The high demand for apartments in the last houses of the project clearly demonstrates that residents highly appreciate the advantages of this location,” says Kaspars Ekša, Sales and Marketing Manager of Bonava Latvija.

It is planned that the new residents will be able to receive the keys to their homes in April. By then, the final interior work will be completed in the building, and improvements will be made to the territory.
