There is a separate bathroom, a loggia and a relatively large kitchen. Built from the mid-1970s to the early 1980s, when they were replaced by the 119 series.
This project has been built in several variants, also with duplex apartments in Mezciems. Mainly located in Purvciems, Mezciems, Imanta, Plavnieki, Ziepniekkalns, Vecmilgravis and Ilguciems. The first house was assembled in 1967 in Dzelzavas and Vaidavas Street corner.
Positive factors:
o Convenient layout of apartments (especially for 2-room apartments).

Negative factors:
o Possible waterproofing damage to panel penetrations and end walls.
