The Philosophers’ Residence is set in 4,200 square metres of landscaped grounds. The project comprises 115 apartments, 2 apartment buildings (22 storeys and 23 storeys) connected by underground parking for 121 cars. All apartments have balconies, with a minimum width of 1.80 m, large bright windows and floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent views, ceiling height of 2.91 m up to the 10th floor, 3.11 m above, 3.20 m on the roof floor. The design of the Philosopher’s Residence includes parameters which exceed certain European Union building standards and which meet increased comfort and safety requirements, allowing the Philosopher’s Residence to be classified as a “Premium” project. The structural solutions have significantly improved the load-bearing capacity and increased the rigidity of the building.
