Blaumaņa residence

In the historic centre of Riga, 12 Blaumana Street is a striking eclectic residential building with modern conveniences and security behind its historic facade.
It is one of the most respected places in the city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is home to luxurious Art Nouveau buildings, foreign embassies, prestigious offices and educational institutions, a shopping centre, as well as the finest restaurants and cosiest cafés in Riga. Here, an active business environment mixes with a sophisticated cultural life. Renovation works are currently underway in the building. During the renovation process, bright elements were added to the facade to extend its stylistic range, giving the classic design a contemporary look. Its interior design is in keeping with the historical context of the building: minimalism, laconic shapes, neutral colours and natural textures.
